City of Gastonia offices will be closed for the holidays:
On Friday, Dec. 22, City Transit will run on a Saturday schedule. Garbage and recycling pickup on Dec. 22 will be as usual.
Because of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays, there will be no City Bus service and no garbage and recycling pickup on Dec. 25 or Jan. 1.
City Community Centers will be closed Dec. 22-25.
