Fire Prevention Week is Oct. 7-13 and the Gastonia Fire Department is once again partnering with Domino’s Pizza, the National Fire Protection Association, and the Gaston County Chapter of the American Red Cross in their annual Fire Prevention Week smoke alarm program.
Tuesday through Thursday nights of this week from 5-8 p.m., the GFD will randomly select Domino’s pizza deliveries and follow the drivers to the residence. If the resident allows the GFD to check their smoke alarms and they all work, the meal is free. If the smoke alarms do not work, the fire department will install a new smoke alarm and the customer pays for their meal.
Check your smoke alarms and order Domino’s Pizza! You could get a free pizza!
